Live the life you want

Do you ever feel like you want to live differently than the way you are living your life right now? It seems like most people I've spoken with feel that way at one point or another - even just fleetingly. If you've every felt that way whether it's because you feel like you have too much on your plate or not enough responsibility consider the following...
“Whatever the tasks, do them slowly
with ease,
in mindfulness,
so not do any tasks with the goal
of getting them over with.
Resolve to each job in a relaxed way,
with all your attention.”

Right NOW, I am undertaking the baking of Sapodilla pie! I'll let you know how it turns out! The recipe is below, but if you can find out more about Sapodillas from the Tropical Fruit Growers of South Florida.
